Terms of Service
§ 1. General Provisions
1. The terms and conditions define the rules for providing services:
- a. downloading files from external services through the GeT24 system (debrid services).
- b. downloading and storing files on GeT24 servers (hosting services).
- c. complaint procedure.
2. The GeT24 service administrator is GeT24 Ltd. registered on September 7, 2011, in Dover, Delaware, USA with headquarters at Asia Square Tower 1, 8 Marina View, Singapore.
3. The administrator guarantees full functionality of the service in current browser versions: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari.
§ 2. Debrid Services
1. The user can use the transfer for any supported hosting (list in the right panel).
2. Daily transfer limits: 1 GB (free), 25 GB (Pro / Lite). Renewal at 00:00 UTC.
3. The operator does not store, modify or analyze the transmitted content – data is transmitted directly.
4. The operator does not point to any files to the user; the service consists of mediating between the device and the source server.
5. In case of closure or suspension of a supported service, the operator may temporarily disable its support; compensation is due (subscription extension).
6. Under excessive load, the operator reserves the right to limit 10 GB/hosting/user/24h.
7. The list of supported services is updated automatically and visible in the right panel of the page.
§ 3. Rules of Using the Service
1. It is forbidden to use a paid account for commercial or profit-making purposes. Violation results in blocking the account without refund.

§ 5. Personal Data
1. The operator does not store, stock or process personal data.
2. Only the email address and password are processed – necessary for the provision of the service.
§ 6. Order Fulfillment Rules
1. Prices on the portal are gross prices.
2. Orders are fulfilled automatically after payment confirmation (usually a dozen seconds, max. 24h).
§ 7. Withdrawal from the Contract
1. Withdrawal is possible within 14 days of order fulfillment.
2. According to Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, after starting to use the service, the right of withdrawal expires. In case of problems, please contact us.
§ 8. Complaints
1. Complaints can be submitted via:
- a. Contact form – consideration up to 24h (max. 7 days).
- b. Email to kontakt@get24.org – consideration up to 24h (max. 7 days).
- c. In writing to the registered office address – consideration up to 90 days from delivery.
2. The complaint should contain data identifying the client, the subject and justification.
§ 9. Final Provisions
1. Information about violations of the regulations should be sent via the contact form or to the address kontakt@get24.org.
